Final Round!
Klaes web fensterbau proceeded successfully
The second Klaes web fensterbau went successfully over the digital stage. Many customers took the opportunity to find out about new solutions and ideas for further digitization of their companies. It is highly remarkable how much the benefits of the web presentation have now been accepted. Some of those who registered were not even there live but accessed the recordings afterwards.
The third and final week of Klaes web fensterbau focused on central elements for extensive digitization: Klaes Information Manager, ELO and Klaes e-prod. In addition, a new training program was on the agenda - the Klaes Web Campus.
- Organizing your company
Tim Söller (Sales North) presented in the English appointment the tools that the Klaes Info Manager uses to support organization in the office workflow. This involves the documentation of conversation content, proactively triggered work tasks, automatically generated tasks and information.
Andreas Prophet (Sales South) additionally underpinned these advantages with direct information from practice. His customer Pia Harmicar from Gäufelden described in detail how the solution was introduced step by step, what has been organized with and what further steps are pending.
- Solutions from Klaes e-prod projects
Achim Binder (Head of technical sales) was not so much focused on showing new solutions, but rather on presenting interesting examples from customer projects that have already been implemented with Klaes e-prod. At the English meeting Claudiu Terpeziceanu (e-prod Consultant) showed these examples live with real bookings in the development version of the customers. For instance, a door manufacturer with two production sites working with one shared version. At the German appointment Dennis Marner (e-prod Project Coordinator) was responsible for the practical examples and he also provided information on how suppliers can be integrated into the digital workflow. - DMS? No - ECM!
Behind the slightly cryptic title, a very interesting web presentation about ELO and the Klaes Integration was waiting. Kevin Buddenberg (ELO) first outlined why ELO is no longer just a Document Management System, but why the name Enterprise Content Management is more appropriate. In addition to documents, it is now also about files and mails - in other words, the entire digital "corporate content". And in addition to archiving, it is also about extracting content and passing it on to other solutions. One example is the content of an invoice for preliminary account assignment and transfer to the financial accounting system (Fibu). David Nelles (technical sales) added the way of working in Klaes, because through the intelligent integration "ELO contents" can be used in Klaes and filed directly - automatically in the background or "by hand" in the process. - Digital learning
Philipp Eilers (Application Engineering) and Nils Söller (Head of Application Engineering) present a special digital solution - the new Klaes Web-Campus. Many interesting learning units are already waiting on this innovative learning platform. The great advantage is that the video units can be used according to one's own ideas: at what time, in what portions, at what speed and with how many repetitions. So that the learning target control is also successfully mastered.
