Japanese window manufacturers visit Klaes!

Last week, we were pleased about the visit of Japanese window manufacturers in Bad Neuenahr. The entrepreneurs were interested in digitalisation and automation in window construction. What could be better than a live visit to a modern window construction company!

Our long-standing customer, the Merschmann company from Delbrück, immediately agreed to the visit. Our guests were enthusiastic about the production. A linked Schirmer plant with Urban welding machines is used. The plant is supplemented with fully automatic buffers. The Klaes e-prod and e-control system organises and controls the entire workflow. The e-prod screens provide the employees with the necessary information for each work step.  The entire production works highly efficiently and absolutely flexibly with an absolute minimum of staff.
