Klaes on the job – Part 6

The conservatory builder Mein Schennjesse GmbH from Hohenwestedt, which is active throughout Germany, has set the course for the digital networking of sales, planning and production of its projects. In the future, Klaes will be used throughout all departments of the company, from sales to warehouse management. Since spring, Klaes 3D has been used there to now manufacture all parts of a conservatory on the Weinig Conturex Compact.

Each conservatory always has coupled wooden window and door elements as its basis, so the focus during commissioning was on the elements from the Klaes professional. As the next step, the clampable roof parts of the conservatory are then also produced on the machine. The tooling concept is from Leitz. The goal is to produce a complete conservatory every day.
