"Optimise processes and reduce costs" - you hear and read these words every day. Many companies often think of complex, comprehensive solutions. However, true savings potential is often hidden in the small, inconspicuous processes that tie up a disproportionate amount of time and resources. One example of this is front door panels. Many companies already work with configurators from their suppliers such as Rodenberg, OBUK or adeco to create customised offers.

But how does the created data, such as price, description texts and images, get into the Klaes software? Unfortunately, these are subsequently entered manually in the Klaes quotation. However, this manual process requires an unnecessary amount of time and leads to a higher utilisation of resources than necessary. Attachments such as roller shutters or fly screens should be named in the same way as the main door panels.

Whether front doors, front door panels, attachments such as roller shutters or fly screens or shading such as awnings, with the corresponding connector you connect to the desired configurator of your supplier with one click, configure your front door panel or roller shutter as usual - done! The configured front door panel or attachment, such as the roller shutter, is imported directly into the Klaes software, including price and item information.

If prices or item texts are changed by the supplier, they are automatically adjusted so that you always work with up-to-date master data. The entire order can also be placed electronically via openTRANS - using the Klaes inventory management software or the Klaes ordering system. That is process optimisation, that is Industry 4.0!
